good combo?Follow

hey i just cleared out my characters so im startin some new ones... does tailor and enchantor sound like a good combo? thanks for any replies

Well, if u have chosen Tailoring as a main trade skill, what could be better than enchant as an addition?
Both skills don't require another main trade skill to find ressources and they even correspond very well.
You can create lots of "trash" green stuff with tailoring and then disenchant it. You won't get really good enchanting ressources out of this crap of course.
But you can in this way get much basic ingredients like tons of dust (many types of dust!) and the rest out of magic+ items you find and don't need.

The only other useful combo with Tailoring imho is Skinning cause you will need leather for some Tailoring recipes. But Enchanting is far better ^^

Just be aware that enchanting is not for the faint of heart, or rather the faint of pocketbook. It’s about the most challenging profession you can pick and it’s certainly the most expensive. If you like a challenge then by all means go for it. But if you think money might be an issue then you might consider taking a gathering skill, such as skinning, instead of enchanting until you’re a bit higher level. Once you feel you have enough money to sink into enchanting you can drop your gathering profession and take up enchanting. That’s what I did with my priest and it worked out well for me.

i 2 box. With my 2 characters i have miner / skinner and herbalism / alchemy . to make money it dont get any better. mining and skinning is a great way of making money at low lvl , even at high lvl. I make the potions i need with the 2nd character. i can also gather what is needed to make a Arcanite Bar wich pays off good.

If u 2 box thats the best combo. u can support yourself without spending any money. in my case my 2nd character is a mage so i also summon food and water.
