So I was walking around Orgrimmar the other day, and I saw someone wearing a Beaststalker's Cap, so naturally I go over to inspect her to see what other Beaststalker items she has. And to my surprise, she has an Agility +8 enchantment on her head and a Health +100 enchantment on her legs ...
I don't remember anything in the patch notes about new enchantment recipes ... Where would I go about getting these enchantments?

It is not a new enchantment, it has been in-game for awhile. There is a quest that you get from a looted book. Librum of... There are differant books that give differant enchantments on the head or legs. You need to get some crystals from un'goro and some other items to complete the quest though. Last time I checked Allakhazam did not have the quest in the database but Thottbot does.
