The world enlarger isn't bop (in fact it doesn't soulbind) and it was added last patch. The world enlarger is purely a comical thing and it seems that blizzard left at least one mistake with it. In the craft window it shows that when you craft it, it lists that it makes 3 world enlargers (which it doesn't, just makes one). Also the item shrinks you for only 5 minutes, has a cooldown of 1 hour, and the shrink effect will wear off if you engage in combat or do most kinds of actions (like opening a door, but you can ride around on a tiny mount using it).

The coming patch is giving both engineer types a teleporter beacon. The gnomish teleporter beacon will allow you to teleport to Gadgetzan and the goblin teleporter beacon I hear will teleport you to Winterspring.
