Leatherworking(Dragonscale)Follow

Ok I am a level 29 Orc Shaman and my leatherworking is at 186. I know the requirements to move onto Dragonscale leatherworking are level 40 and LW 200. But since I am going to train in mail at 40 i only thought it wise to move to Dragonscale. Is this the smartest thing to do? second question-how do I train in that type of LW? where is the trainer and can I still make regular LW stuff also?

When you take dragonscale lw, it simply allows you to learn certain patterns on top of what you already know.

but once you specialize, you can NEVER change it.

I make dragonscale stuff, and it works out great for me as a shaman.

The guy who teaches you the skill is in the badlands. but I don't think you can get the quest until you are level 40.
