I know you get this quest from FA trainer in IF, but im lvl 31, and i have 204 First aid, and no quest, do i need to be lvl 40 or somthing? some one help plz.

No there is no level requirement on first aid. You prob want to know: Once you get to 150 skill how do you train more? Go to stromguard and talk to the potions guy there he will sell book that you can use when you get to that level to advance your skill and make heavy silk bandages and mageweave (whatever it is) bandages. When you go make sure you buy both books so that you don't have to come back when you reach the 210 skill level and that will allow you to make the mageweave bandaids.
Im 204 First Aid, I bought the first book from AH for 1G. Storm Gaurd? Someone told me it was Theramor.
There's a level 40 requirement to uncap First Aid once you hit 225, and the quest can be found in Theramore.

At 225 in First Aid you have to be lvl 40 to get a Quest from the First Aid trainer in IronForge. They will tell you to find a Surgen in Theramore but you can not complete that quest until you are lvl 40.
I was lvl 40 and my wife was lvl 39 and I could get it and she could not. We both had maxed First Aid skills also.
This quest in Theramore is alot easier to complete if you have 2 people in the quest.
I completed the quest in Theramore by myself but I failed the first 2 times.
