Used in Alchemy for rage potions. Rage potions give warriors an increase in their rage, i.e. energy bar, to perform special moves. Much litle Thistle tea gives rogues energy for their special abilities or a mana potion gives mana to a caster.
i beleive you can also find them off of most of the beasties in STV. i know for sure the mistvale gorillas dole them out fairly regularly.
They are also used in enchanting weapons with +6 beastslaying
The potion is actually "Great Rage Potion." The level 25 version of the rage potion.

the new mid-lvl LW recipe for "blue" barbaric bracers also uses large fangs. do not toss them! :)
