For Horde, you need to hit lvl 40 first. Then speak with the guy in Orgrimmar who teaches First Aid. He'll give you a quest. After that, head to Arathi Highlands in Undead Territory. Inside one of the buildings there is a doctor that the dude from Orgrimmar wants you to talk to. He'll have a small, but fun, quest for you to do. Be sure to heal the critically wounded first. After that, all training in First Aid is free. But you gotta learn it from him.

I hit 300 2 days ago. And I'n only lvl 47. AH pwnz.

I have leveled up my first aid to 230 but i'm not sure where to get the new recipies. Does this guy teach them to you or do you have to go elsewhere to find them?

Unlike what someone else stated you need no quest from ORG. Just when you hit 40 go to Hammerfall in Arathi and you will have to perform an easy quest done for the surgen there. It takes like 2 min and is kind of fun. Then when you after you hit certain skill levels he will give you access to Heavy Mageweave, Runecloth, and Heavy Runecloth. One must also note that you dont need to get Heavy Runecloth to get to 300. It can be easily done off of Runecloth. GL!

You're right actually, you don't HAVE to do the quest ... it's only ... I forget, but it's a little bit of XP, lol. Dunno if any reputation. A friend of mine got almost all the way to 300 off of Heavy Mageweave I think it was.

mini spoiler -
------------------

stand between the two rows of beds.

pull back into third person view and arrange your screen angle so that you can see all 6 beds.

Only move forward and back if needed. You don't need to turn.

If you fail, destroy the bandages you were given and get a fresh set when you start again so you don't run out :-)

The real trikc is to take the quest, get the Bandages, now wait till someone else needs to do it, team up. it is kind of tricky as one person, i have done it, just took 13 trys, but do it with help, eazy.

I think the guy is in Gadgetzan that you talk to in order to get the quest. Not sure what you have to do but I think you have to be lvl 40 to get it and its a lvl 45 quest.

For the Alliance, it's in Theramore Isle.

My human rouge did this quest. He blew it the first time, but I expected that. I bugged the quest the second time by not destroying my bandages and abandoning the quest. But the third time I got it right. As someone else already stated, go into third person mode so that you can see as many beds as possible. If you stand in the middle of the room you won’t have to move very much. The other trick is to ignore the most critically injured guys. They die too quickly. Concentrate on the injury level just below that. You shouldn’t have any trouble. And if someone else is there to do the quest, group with them. It’ll be much easier with two.

The doctor is in the Keep in Theramore for the alliance. I just stood in the middle of the beds and turn clockwise healing one after another.

I didn't move other than turning and I didn't pay any attention to the level they were wounded. I may have lost a couple, but it was easy to get 15 out of 20 I think.

Alliance: I have done the Triage Quest past it. Now trying to find the Manuals or Reciepes. I have been to Stromgarde Keep but the vender there only has manuals up to Mageweave. Where do I find the other manuals?

Once you've increased your First Aid skill go back to Theramore and speak to the doctor again. He'll teach you better bandages at no cost.
