My mining is around 115 or so right now, I want to know where are good places to go to get silver and tin and other stuff I can mine. And what are the levels of monsters in the area? (does anybody know respawn rates for the mines too, that'd be nice if possible)

The Barrens monsters lvl 11 30+ has Copper tin and silver.Redridge mountains lvl 18+ for monsters copper and tin Westfall copper and tin lvl 10+ monsters. those are some and Darkshore copper and tin lvl 10+ monsters also

Alright, any advice for iron and the one after that, I can mine iron now it seems.
You can find abundant Iron on the Alterac Mountains area, and some on the Duskwood area, near the ogre caves. But definitly, Alterac is the best, at least for me it was. Mobs there are around level 30 I think, long time scince I don't go there. For tin and copper, the Redridge area, as stated above, is the best I found, near the top area caves.

And another question, can I only find iron and gold and the higher level minerals in contested territory or would I be able to find them in alliance territory?

The only real place to mine iron is in Thousand Needles... just take a walk from north to south... youll meet at least 10 iron deposits... only problem is, if ur Alliance, then ull better team up with someone, or just stay of the roads (lots of hordes in the area)
generally you need to go to higher level zones to find higher level ores.
ie, you wont find gold in Loch Modan or Elwynn Forest.
so eventually you'll be in contested territories as you mine ore.

The thing is, there are no "good places" to go to find silver and gold cuz they spawn randomly on tin veins (silver) and iron deposits (gold). Although the best place to go for Iron and Mithril if u are Alliance must be Swamp of Sorrows. Hardly ever any people there and loads of deposits to mine, and they're all yours.

I ventured out to Swamp of Sorrows the other day, I wish my mining was higher.. I need to keep getting Iron. I've gained like 4 levels or so since I was in there, but the monsters would still be trouble for me, I've gotta keep levelling
