Enhancement: Lesser Speed on BootsFollow

Is there anyone who have come across a formula for enchanting boots with Lesser Speed, or Speed of any kind? According to the patch it is out there somewhere. If anyone has come across any formula, it would be interesting to know where or who drops it.

I could be wrong, but I beleive my Artisan enchanter picked this up as a trained item in the Tower of Azora (Alliance) just East of Goldshire in Elwynn Forest. I have yet to find the reagents for it, though.

A few people I quested with that noticed I ran just a tad faster than them have questioned it and bought a few. The only thing is it is very difficult to find the ingredients so I bought them from the AH and it was not cheap. The little extra speed has saved a few time when I run away like a school girl from a MOB just about to kill me.
If there is a Lesser Speed, does that mean there is a Greater Speed? That would be sweet!
