I'm currently at 225 Tailoring and was wondering if there was another place with decent Mageweave drops. I've been farming Uldaman, but unless I grab a guild group I tend to miss out on most of it.

Eeeek you are taking that the hard way, Heck just fight low 40's humnoid MOBS like the DarkIrons in the SG,The Geoligists in piticular.
Ogres in Tanaris. I have never had an add while fighting there, they drop plenty of Mageweave and decent cash etc. Recommended :-)

And once you hit 48-50 or so, you should be able to farm the Deadwood Furbolgs. (not sure, though, I haven't leveled a priest yet, don't know how well they solo...)

They've dropped a ton of Mageweave and silver for me. And they raise your Timbermaw reputation. Just becareful of wandering gankings and Allaiance. It is a quest spot so, it'll support usually 2 people at a time I'd expect. But they respawn fairly quickly, so it's all good. Also, be aware that there are a few mobs that spawn in the area that are wanderers and walk in a huge circle around the place.
