Just curious, waht is the first mask you can make?
I used to wonder about the first equipable hat in the game, wich is the Azure Silk Scarf at lvl 24.
What is the first mask called, and what lvl is it equipable?

There are three tailored masks:
White Bandit Mask- Tailoring 215- Requires level 38

Big Voodoo Mask- Tailoring 220- Requires level 39

Shadowweave Mask- Tailoring 245- Requires level 44

Discounting the Defias masks in Westfall (Because they do nothing but look cool), if you're an Engineer you can be the first to get a hat/helmet/whatever at level 10 with the Flying Tiger Goggles. Tailors can indeed make Asure Silk Hoods early on, but they're pretty much useless to most since they only offer armour (No stats), and being cloth you'll get around 0.2% extra damage reduction on it.
Still, better than nothing.
