I wonder what enchantment is it that makes thew weapon look like it burns??

I'm guessing you mean the fiery enchantment.
I don't know if this is an enchant that you can learn, but I actually found a quest to get it placed on your weapon. The problem is, you need to find a Black Drake Heart off of level 43-45 elite dragons, and the droprate is something like 1/500. Go figure ^_^;
By the way, the quest is in the Badlands, and given by a Dwarf; sorry, I forget the rest of the info ^_^;

It could also be a demonslaying enchant, they are fairly cheap enchants and I think many people have them just for the fiery glow considering the low number of demons you actually encounter.
