Enchanting glowing weapons and Shadow weaveFollow

I have seen enchanters offering a + damage to weapon and a glow too - does this glow come with all +'s to damage on weapons or is it a seperate enchantment altogether - also in different colours can someone please explain the how's n why's of this please.

And secondly I see a mystic in the Slaughtered Lamb basement mentioning Shadow weave - could some one also explain this too please.

Most weapon enchantments give a glow. The only ones that do not are:

Enchant Weapon - +1 Damage
Enchant 2h Weapon - +2 Damage
Enchant Weapon - +3 Spirit
Enchant Weapon - +3 Intellect

Everything else gives some kind of glow. "Slay" enchants give a red glow, +damage gives a blue glow, Icy Weapon gives a white glow, Fiery Weapon gives a fiery red glow, and Crusader gives a badass white glow. In the case of + Damage enchants, the higher level enchants glow much brighter - +7 is extremely bright and I've never seen a +9 but I imagine it'd be dazzling. I've also never seen a Major Intellect enchant (+9 Intel) so I'm not sure whether it would have a glow.
