Artisain CookingFollow

I am 225 and would like to contine skilling up. I did the quest in Gadgetzan that I understood to be the artisain cooking quest, was I misinformed or is something bugged. If I was misinformed how do I get artisain cooking as horde?

Hardly a waste of time - I was wondering if you could get cooking and fishing up to artisan level? Even if the quest is currently bugged, it's nice to know I can do it eventually. :)
