Hey, I just started playing FFXI yesterday and its enjoyable, but I'm having a problem doing missions, ect. without a party. I was wondering if there were any low level characters in Windurst who would like to party up with me, since whenever I actually manage to find someone my level they decline my invitation.
I'm a Lv. 5 RDM...yeah, I'm a noobie hahahahh...

It's nice to have a social linkshell to form friendships with early on.

Just wanted to add to Femwhisper's email (Hi Fem!!) If you cant get ahold of those mentioned to Fem's response you can also try Rhyaa, Meequwee, Rownin, Scravo and well be happy to get you a pearl.
Also Most people start to party around lvl's of 10-20 (though most people solo until lvl 20 thanks to "Fields of Valor")So dont get discouraged when people decline your invites, It tough at those lower lvl's.

Thanks for scratching my head. It felt so good and relaxing. Yeah there are a few ls sack holders in the ls and I cant remember them all.
I think I am going to put the forums in a link in my sig that way ppl can go to the ls page and find someone or post that they would like to join.

Hi! I just started on Shiva and am in Windurst as well, and I'm brand new to the game. I haven't been able to meet anyone yet either. If that invitation is universal, I'd be really interested in joining your Linkshell as well (I had to look up what a linkshell is, but it sounds cool!).

Hi Keelut! Welcome to FFXI and Shiva! We all know the feeling(s) of being a brand new player in this game. I can tell you that Shiva is a great server with plenty of friendly people of all levels; so just jump in and have fun!
My playtimes are pretty scattered these days; but mostly you'll see me around during early week daytime and early evening hours.
