can anyone unlock Chayaya in al zahbi Follow

Hey I trying to buy some dice for my corsair so i was wondering if anyone who was a high enough level could unlock the little taruru and save me a lot of frustration and grief and waiting >.< thanks A lot in advance if anyone can do it. sigh. the life of a corsair is never easy
