Horrible what happened to him. The world needs more people like him who would rather help animals instead of kill 'em. A real shame.

First they paralyze then kill Super Man, then Mr. Miyagi, now the Croc Hunter.

McGyver, you are so screwed!! Better make a rocket pack outta some tin foil, bubblegum and a paperclip and get the f*ck outta here while you still can!

ALL MY HEROES ARE DYING!!!

I'll really miss Steve Irwin, that guy was a legend. I loved his shows, he did amazing stuff. Even the people who thought he was stupid, for messing around with animals like crocodiles and snakes, still thought he was very good at what he did. And unlike some people, he did good work, didn't ride a bad-boy image, he helped animals (and inversly, humans) because he felt that's what his calling was. I'm not a religious man myself, but I believe that people like him go to a better place.

I saw a quote on ytmnd that pretty much says it:

"A conservationist that wasn't an annoying hippie."

We will miss you, Steve.

I personally support killing of all kinds of animals, most of them are good eating. Death my friend, is part of life it's a way to ensure good food supplies for all creatures. Remember PETA's tofu eating lion? Died two years after the project started from malneutation

If Steve Irwin played FFXI, he'd have been a 1BST/75WHM (lvl 1 because he'd never send a bunny off to fight a raptor), but still able to tank HMNs without dying

Killing animals for food is alright, it's just that their are a lot of people hunting for sport... or unnecessarily endangering an animal for its skin or other body parts.

Yea, I would like liked to see Centaurs and Unicorns.

Mythic?

No, they found skeletion remains a dozen years ago, here is a picture.

The Centaur, called John, was destroyed in a religious riot that started at the end of the 1938 inside the town of Volos, Greece. This is the only known photograph left in existence today.

The Unicorn was found in Africa, its picture escapes me, however cleared slows the center skull bone fully intact, it’s missing on modern breeds of horses, with a horn-like nub formed at the base.

It's too bad he wasn't wearing any sunscreen...

It would have protected him from harmful rays.
