This is the fix for multiple blm's in a party / alliance. If more than one blm casts a spell on a mob then it gains 300% instant TP and is forced to use an AOE version of Spirits Within that hits every party / alliance member in the region (note, not area) If anyone survives then that players TP is reduced by 50%.
Please note that a ninja and rdm also posses damaging magic so they would also count as the 2nd blm in an alliance.
As nobody invites Blm's to an experience party at level 73+ anyway this shouldn't affect the course of the normal player. Have fun with HNM though.
