Generally you see it more on MMO's that don't have a auction house but have some sort of trade channel.

DEX: 5 INT: 5 MND: 5
HP Regeneration While Healing: 3
MP Regeneration While Healing: 3


Hmm... I always pawned it off with just the int,mnd and MP regen but I suppose if theres any fighting rdm's out there the dex might come in handy.
