The Jailer of TemperanceFollow

im trying to obtain a Temperance Axe From what I have read.. This is dropped (100%) from the Jailer of Temperance. The Jailer of Temperance is considered to be a Tier 1 Sea god.(Level: 85)

It is a lottery pop of 'Zdei's on the first map of the Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi (first map) at H4, C8, L8, J13, and F13

if you have killed/help kill this nm in the past im trying to find out how many people and more or less what jobs i would need to get together to take it down.

if you are in a ls that is planning on killing it but has no interest in the axe (after one of the other items it drops)id be happy to tag along and pay a fair price for drop.

Any info on the nm would be a great help.
