CoP 6-4 and/or a CoP LSFollow

I'm looking for help on this mission. I'm a 65 BLM/WHM/RDM and I've been trying to get it for a month now.

Would anyone like to join me or help me? I could also use a CoP LS, because none of my current LSes do a lot of CoP stuff.
