It's a pretty cool site, this guy takes FFXI and some Pics from different locations around the world, some very nice stuff. If anything I would very much like to go to those heavy forrest areas just to look around, those look wonderful.

The cave pic with Vrtra rocks, but sadly was too bad for my resolution... I chose the creepy forest pic to set to background at the office...
liked the raptor one, mainly because that background... white sands national monument ^^ I live 10 miles from it, its a very beautiful place!!
His Updates are fairly constant, it takes time as you can tell to find the right pic that would match a concept in-game.

those a freaking cool. There have been many times going thru zones (especially forest ones) that make me think of real places. Its a cool feeling and kinda gets you into the game a bit more, this guy takes it to the next lvl. Some impressive work can't wait to see more!!

Did you try the "wall" link at the bottom of some of the pictures? the resolution is a little better. Not sure if it will help though.

Check again.. The dimensions after you expand the picture to regular size are 1152x864.

My husband and I saw the beautiful artwork on this website and used the idea to make something a little... interesting. It's not that great as far as shadowing and all, actually it's pretty bad lol. I posted it on the main Allakhazam forum and people flamed... Looks like they saw our little "project" as offensive to Mithras... The Mithra in it is my character!
Anyway, maybe this time someone will think it's cute.^^
