well that was kind of informative. if SE fixes the HNM crap and lets your average player get say.... a sha'ir manteel without sacrificing his entire social life, id be pleasantly surprised.

Hmm, questable spells - Ultima and Meteor maybe? Something to balance out the fact that most BLMs don't care about the questable WS.....

I'd always thought it would be cool to have something like those tarus in the opening FMV - where 2 or more BLMs have to cast the spell at the same time w/in 1 or 2 seconds for it to work and combine into a giant meteor - the more mages, the more powerful the spell...
