Alright. I start it up, and I pick my character, then it goes to finish logging in. The screen comes up and says Welcome to Shiva, or whatever, then right when my LS has it's title coming up, the program kicks me out and says that Playonline Viewer needs to be shut down, and I send the error report. You'll get what I mean if you have XP.
Has anyone else has this problem? If so, how can I fix it??

i run it on XP, but no problems. Try uninstalling & reinstalling.
That'll take.... forever.

Usually a uninstall/reinstallation is the Panacea...
(i'd advise you to defragment your PC, run antivirus software and anti spy/adware programs also before reinstalling...make a day of it lol)

Oh, wow. I totally forgot about those.
EDIT:: It already found a process and 6 registry errors >_<

Still no luck. I even set all of the graphics to the lowest quality, and it still does it. I'll wait for a few more ideas before I reinstall >_<
