Counterfeit Gil EX/rareFollow

I was farming in Rolanberry Fields when i received an item
"Counterfeit Gil" off of a Goblin Furrier. Its an EX/rare item
so im sure that it is used for a quest or mission somewhere.

Do you know because i dont and id like to

i got it in bata downs off a goblin pathfinder and j=hav no clue what to do with it either
