I need help with Shihei and status bolts..

anyone who can make them ?

side note for shihei..

it will be best if you can make 99 at 1 shot.. it will be more worth it ? lolz..

No one can 99-HQ them EVERY time. I see my friend Kitsune (hes 90+ woodworking)making them once and he still only get 33 and 66 half the time. THis is also why level 90+ cooks never land every Mithakabob synthesis as Chiefs.
