syth=scammer, bewareFollow

He is one of those "upgrade" scammers, he will ask for anything you have, sniper rings, haubergeon, scorp harness, mosnter signa (yes really O.o). Adaman armor and claims he will upgrade it to a +1 for you for free.

/sigh...he is such a loser.I accually tried to be nice to him when i first saw him, then he tried to take my dark staff, and then called me a n!gger elf summoner when I said no. he got a nice trip to mordian for that.. :D I <3 GM's who listen.

from what you said, it sounded like a scam. Yet I wanted to point out that just because someone offers to upgrade your equipment for free doesn't mean he/she is scamming. Sometimes people do things just out of the goodness in their hearts! /gasp I know, it's wicked is it not?

Syth farms all his money in Ranperre's. I see him at one of the 3 NM spots every time I go there. He is ALWAYS there. Infact im suprised whenever i '/sea all syth' and he's not in there. He doesnt bot there though cuz hes always willing to say beat it or leave or get lost.

BUT BE WARNED hes scammed others too. One time my 2 friends in an old LS (not MTB, different LS) were sitting in King Ranperres Tomb camping spook, so he has pimpsuitt train about a dozen goblins and a dozen bats in there to mess up their provoke spamming.

Warning #2: One time, ok, well we all know hes friends with Bobbyjai, and we all know EXACTLY how bobbyjai got his Peacock Charm. (PTs with competitor claiming to split the money on it, then during battle with NM changing himself to Quartermaster, then when it dropped he logged out). Well: My friend was camping Spook versus Syth and Syth offers her to party. Sure enough, in chronological order:
1. Spook spawns.
2. Both provokes go off.
3. They engage.
4. Syth sets himself to Quartermaster.
5. Spook is killed.
6. Spook drops the Mantle, and it goes directly to Syth.
7. Syth: "Let me rest for a second they I''ll go back to town and sell this."
8. Syth begins "Healing".
9. 30.00 seconds later Syth disappears, logged out.

My friend began whining on LS. I asked her "You knew he was friends with Bobbyjai right?" and she said yes. "You knew he was likely going to do that right?" and again another yes. "Whyd you do it?"... "Because I give everyone a fair chance thinking theres good to be found in them." Ok, while lesson in life learned, Morals are good, but sometimes you gotta look out for #1 aka yourself!....errrr, look out for #1 and friends but dont trust strangers, thats a better moral.

This guy migrated to Remora and *was* in my Linkshell. However, after seeing this post (and another post in the Remora server forum) about his actions, I informed my LS leader and he has been given the boot.

Hmmm, I used to be a Spook/Crypt Ghost/Goblin Gruel camper/Ranpere farmer. Now I'm a 51 BLM though, so ummm. I guess if I'm bored, I'll go there and protect the spook hunters from unwanted trained mobs! :O (Aka, train+thundaga=dead ;) ) Only if people want me to anyway ;)
