Coffer KeysFollow

Well, I'm at that level where I can quest for and wear my AF. Yay! Now I have to go about the task of finding coffer keys. Boo! Over the last couple weeks I've tried a few times to get these keys, and have met with no success.

My problem is this: I'm far, far too weak to kill coffer key mobs on my own. A disturbing majority of people my level have no interest in forming a pt or alliance for key hunting. They all seem to want someone to get their keys for them. I've asked around in my linkshells, and they all tell me to hire or beg for high level help.

Now, the purpose of this thread. Does anyone else need any of the keys I need? If so, is anyone willing to go key hunting with me? I'm even willing to do a key exchange. Basically, you help me get one of mine, I help you get one of yours. The keys I need are: Eldieme Necropolis, Garlaige Citadel, and Castle Oztroja. If you're interested in going key hunting, either reply here or send me a tell in game (character name/info in sig). It should be doable with a full pt of lvls 55-60.

And just to cover all of my bases, if any high levels are willing to help, let me know and we can negotiate compensation. I know key hunting is annoying and painful, and wouldn't expect anyone to help for free. While I would prefer to do this the "hard" way, I'm not stupid enough to pass up an opportunity to get these done and out of the way.

Link works fine for me. Smiley: grin

Anyway, thanks for the offers of help. I haven't been on in a few days (taking a short break to regain my sanity) but I'll probably be on a lot later this week and this weekend. If you guys are free, I would really appreciate your help.

Grimshady, if you need an extra hand when you go for your Beadeaux key, let me know. I'm usually up for a round of hurting things for phat lewt and quest items. I mean really, it's either that or exp, and who wants to do that? Smiley: tongue

Ya know, i almost rejoined KoS, Gaulns linkshell. but they have ALOT of little "rules and regulations". after putting thought into it, isn't part of playing an open fantasy game such as this to do what you WANT to do? to feel restricted by rules, or to even have to THINK about them, detracts from the freedom. now sure, we have rules to follow so we don't get kicked off the game. yet those come natural, and you have to be a true offendor to get punished. but if you vist the KnightsofSandoria homepage and read the rules, it's just too.... tight around the coller. if you're into that, more power to ya.

Sure Blood I can help you out, I will only chrage you 100k per key. Ibumped this thread because it is nice for all of us to remember when these boards were all low to mid level players and everyone was willing to help each other out. You could come on here and ask for help and actually get it. I see now that most everyone who posts on forums are level 75 or close to it the atmosphere has changed.

Anyway we can get it back to the way it was?

I remember when people used to help others for no gil in return. I used to help at least one person get thier kazham key from Palbourough mines everytime I did a mining run for free becouse I like to kill beastman. The tragic thing about getting higher and higher levels is you find more and more play the game not to have fun but to avoid loseing exp at any costs.

I'll tag along Blood, looks like I need keys in 2 of the places your heading. Davoi is the 3rd ><.

I'm in need of EN and Bedeaux, and am more than willing to come along if I am on and not in the middle of something else. If you plan a time, I will do my best to be there, even if it's not in a place for my own key. PM me here if you can't locate me in game (haven't been on a whole lot lately but at least can check the boards from work).

Look at the date at which he posted this =P

On this topic, the only time I've ever accepted money is when someone /sh's and offers it. Then when they ask how much I want, I say I don't care. If they still decide to offer me gil, I take, but if they give me nothing, then well, I got nothing ;) Some people will always want to pay, some people just won't. I like the former most, and I'm one of those people depending on the situation.
