Desperation...Follow

I apologize in advance for this being the wrong section of the forum. I couldn't find the specific one and I really need the help.

I'm stuck, literally. I'm a Lvl14 Warrior Galka stuck in Jeuno. I'm too low level to go anywhere from here and all I want to do is go home to Windurst. Is there anyone out there that can sneak me back or teleport me back or anything? I would be forever grateful. I already set my home point to the outpost nearby so dying is not an option...it only makes it worse. I'm just trapped :( I didn't know about the Crag Crystal so I've heard I am going to need a WHM to walk me back.

My server is Ragnarok. I'm very new to the game, which is how I'm stuck in this predicament, so if anyone could help me out that would mean so much to me.

In-Game Name: Nobes
Server: Ragnarok
Location: Jeuno

I'm on my knees, begging for assistance :)

Just ask nicely in Jeuno for someone to escort you back. I think lots of white mages or pld (they have raise which is important incase you die) will be nice enough to bring you back to Windurst.

But I guess you will probably need to think about the question of, "How did you ended up in Jeuno in the first place?"

Cheers!

If you don't have money for silent pots & prism powders for sneak/invis, then you are just going to have to risk the walk.

Exit into Sarumugue Champaigne from Port Jeuno, then walk to Meriphataud Mountains. Once you enter into Meriphataud Mountains, you'll see an outpost a little ways in. Talk to the guard and set your homepoint there (free if it is under Windy control, 100g otherwise). Follow the path that leads to Tahrongi Canyon, again being careful of aggro. Before you enter Tahrongi, there will be a flag NPC right before the zone that will allow you to set your homepoint again, free or 100g depending on if it is under windy control. Zone into Tahrongi and take the next long walk to East Sarutabaruta. If you want, you can take a slight detour to the crag there and click on the telelpoint to obtain the gate crystal (key item). This will allow you in the future to be teleported there by a whm. Once you enter East Sarutabaruta, you should be clear of any aggro at 14, or be able to handle it. Just walk down to windy.

you can go to ffxi-atlas.com to view any of the maps (print them if necessary) with zone locations, outpost locations, flag NPC location.

It's going to take time, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes with pots/powders...more of you don't have those.

I will be happy to help you if you send me a /tell when I am online, usually evenings Pacific time (in-game name is Grommet).

Also, you'll want to get yourself a helpful linkshell. Some to consider are mine (Axiom -- www.axiom-online.org/forum) as well as Triumvirate, ThumbMonkeys and Musketeers. You can find a list of linkshells in a stickied thread in this Alla forum.

Linkshells, like "guilds" in WoW, are your in-game team, family, social circle. Usually it's your LS that helps you with advice and otherwise, particularly when you're new and everything is so confusing!

Welcome to FFXI and to Ragnarok. Don't worry, things get easier as you go.

Hopefully you are not still stuck.. but if you are when we get to Jeuno we'll get you out..lol We noobs should stick together. Makes it easier for the mobs to kill us all at once . =)

good luck!
