Suspending accounts? :: Free Realms

Can anyone tell me what is needed if an account is suspended? Do you need the original play IDs to restore it? Any help would be appreciated.

Please explain suspended kamkam, dont tell me you can log in anymore ><

It could be your CC expired, just log in wiith your details and change the CC details to your new one.

NOno, If someone choses to suspend their account at the end of the month (i.e. not play anymore and tell PoL not to charge them), what information is required for them to reactivate that account? I know there is a difference for 3 month, and when characters are deleted. But, during that 3 month period, do you simply log in with that user ID and password and resume that account or do you need the original CD code for that account?

As far as i know you cancel your players ID and not your POL account. So when you want to come back just log back in to pol and reactivate your content ID.

Hey Kamalii,

Yes, all you have to do is cancel your content ID then reactivate it when you please. Also, it is a common misconception that characters are deleted after three months of inactive status. I can personally say this is not the case. I was gone from the game June, July, August, and into September before reactivating my content ID's. Everything was just the way I left it. I hope that helps.

I can confirm this. I once took a break from FFXI and thought I needed to use "Return home", but after I got several vague errors while trying to do that I contacted the Live support through chat. The SE-employee said that characters/account are stored on server for one year and that I just needed to reactivate my content ID's. So, don't worry. ^^

A very good friend of mine agreed to give one of the accounts I was thinking of suspending some TLC, so for now I will keep the ones I pay for. I'm sure that may change in the future, but we will see.
