Ok, its ok to be new, and to learn just like we all did, and to ask questions, take some advice. Its how we learned. but.

I have been lvling blu, 35 now and stopped cause i am just so sick of the players these lvls.

The amount of afk and joining parties just to leave after 4 fights is just nuts.

If you going to party, you should at least party for an hour, if you going to leave, tell people you are leaving and how long. Almost every party I have been in there has been at least one person per party that just left during fights and saying nothing.

Alot of them jp. (imo worst players in game)

Also the attitute of alot or rdm, whm, brd, nin who think they own the game. Take a good look low lvl now rdm and nin, there is alot of you, you cant pull the "I am better then all of you" crap anymore. Usually around lvl 30-40 half the people lfp seems to be rdms so guess what, welcome to lfp.

One rdm yesterday complaining in his search he was lfp for 3 hours so he was leaving his flag up while going to bed to for the reason i guess of spite.

I know from no on i wont lvl any low lvl jobs anymore until people learn a little thing known as consideration.

Today lfp for 6 hours, i got party early in morning, got on bird right away to go to gc, got there in couple mins, only for the whm to tell me they invited a rdm that was already there, no apology, no, tell what so ever.

So i go back lfp, then few hours later, a nin invited me, new party, we went to CN, out of three pulls 2 links, then other nin went afk for 15 mins without saying anything, then the leader say, i have to go, have an ls event (ya never heard that one before). He 2hrs then logs. Too bad he was the one that sucked lets fight bees. (pollen, pollen, pollen)

Guess he didnt have the balls just to tell the truth. I guess kicking the afk nin was just too much work for him.

oh ya /rant on /rant off.

the other time, someone asked me if i wanted to party, and to come gather in whitegate. he/she was starting one, so i said ok, used my olduum's, and ran to whitegate, only to find that he logged off by that time, through failed /tells and /search.

sh*t happens every now and then, oh well.

edit: i can't remember this person's name anymore, sadly..

i hate people who accept pt, but can't stay for more than 1 hour without long afk. it happened lot lately. i remember people used to pt for couple hours and rarely go afk for more than 5mins.

one time i got a pt at lvl 36. i joined a pt, we went to camp. nin has go to afk for dinner. wtf( don't seek when you can't eat and play at the sametime) i told the leader to kick him and invite another nin, but he didn't. what a mistake. we waited 20mins, the nin cameback from dinner. whm went afk for couple mins. we pulled 5 mobs. nin lvled, and he had to go. wow, then we couldn't find a tank pt disband. what a waste of time.

Another day the samething happended. this time the war afk, this stuid don't want to fight with 5 people, so i give him 15min. he didn't comeback in 15min, so i left pt. end of the day ^^

nothing is worse than when an ls member joins your pty, its your first exp experience with them, and they up and "gotta go" after 20min.

my other pet peeve: macros: at level 30, we all know what provoke does and your macro doesn't need to explain it. It just doesn't.

as for afk, Im pregnant and have to run to the bathroom about every half an hour. Most parties dont complain, some do, and I explain why.
In a 5 hour party I HAVE to go afk for a sandwhich at some point or something fast, I just have to. The difference is, I tell the group.

names people. lets see the names of these AFK bastids.
telling the group your going afk is just the decent thing to do.
start rustling up some names. then we may have a resource to avoid all of this in the future. >.> just an idea.
you know, since just ******** about random people who will remain nameless is, um, you know, an act in futility.
"this one guy, omg, he went afk for like, omg, 2 hours, and the leader wouldn't kick him. so i was lataz and disbanded." <— pointless.

and anyway, name me one mmorpg or even one video game period, that doesnt have players that just plain suck.

party dynamics are simple, do your job. if you can't, don't party. if your sick of dumb party leaders :smacks forehead: "DUH" start your own party. then when some douchebag goes afk for more than 5 mins, /kick.

and yea if you have a macro that has some dumbazz message about sending "Ramuh" back to the heavens, you need to gtfo and die. especially post 30.

Lol @ the above poster's sig. I may quit RDM early for the same reason:P.

Anyhow I have noticed more AFKs but they wouldnt be such a problem if it werent for these AFKs being REALLY long ones. One dude was gone for 20 min, another went AFK for 2 hours(We replaced her. When she came back we needed a 6th again and she got the spot back). It seems to always be a job you can't replace so easily either.
