We are a new Dynamis Only Linkshell and so far we have done 4 Dynamis Runs. (Obtained 4 AFs)

We are looking for more members so we can finally start to do some clears.

We are accepting Mages 65+ and Melee 68+

We use a point system for lotting. You can earn up to 8 points per run (4 early, 2 attending, 2 staying to end). Before each run, you can bid using points. The highest bidder receive first drop.

Wednesday Run:
PDT(GMT-7) Wednesday 4pm
CDT(GMT-5) Wednesday 6pm
EDT(GMT-4) Wednesday 7pm
BST(GMT+1) Thursday 12am
JST(GMT+9) Thursday 8am

Sunday Run:
PDT(GMT-7) Sunday 11am
CDT(GMT-5) Sunday 1pm
EDT(GMT-4) Sunday 2pm
BST(GMT+1) Sunday 7pm
JST(GMT+9) Monday 3am

We have developed our own management system to handle points, attendance, party setup, bidding etc.

You can visit our website to view our rules and submit an application form:

Thanks,
Smp

Just a few curious questions. It is nice seeing a flexible ls (as described by your guidelines), but when I started reading the attendance part, I kind had a blank stare. Although it is nice you guys need dedicated members, does the attendance rules seem to reward the more dedicated members or does it seem to punish the more casual players? Also, why the need to have an HNMls-ish attitude towards attendance?

Thanks.

Player can just come to one event a week if she/he wants.
Only punishment is if person doesn't show up when expected and doesn't have the courtesy to let us know in advance.

If people can't be bothered to confirm they are coming, they simply cannot bid.

People who come early to a run will receive 4 points, people who don't... won't.

You cannot get anymore casual then 2 runs a week, if you rather be somewhere else in game when we have a Dynamis on, we don't want you... you obviously don't care about our LS and wasting our time and jeopardizing the run.

Not sure if you know this or not, but tshot.org has a central dynamis calendar for this server. Since your times are prime time, please use it so we can avoid conflicts in the future. They are really good at promptly giving you calendar access when you ask for it.

Thank you!

I may consider looking into this, but I'm very sketchy on end-game activites. I work 40hrs a week, my days off are completely random, I've never done dynamis (but I hear it's better on lag than besieged is), and I'm currently in the process of rebuilding another BST LS since Femtos quit.

That and I have no intention of leveling NIN to sub my BST. WAR yes but not NIN and to my knowledge the majority of LSes have issues with that because they all believe BST/WHM is a useless combination.

Your timezones are labeled incorrectly and are themselves incorrect.

PDT is GMT -8
It is CST not CDT and that is GMT-6
It is EST not EDT and that is GMT-5
BST I have no idea.
JST is GMT+8 not 9

Thank you and have a nice day^^

/WHM is for soloing. Not useless, but in dynamis situations BSTs are DD, and /WAR or /NIN will help them more.
