I think I can probably make one .-.

You may already know this, but here's the problem:

Because of the skill-caps involved -- 86 WW and 57 Alchemy -- no one (or almost no one*) is going to be able to get 11 skill-levels over both caps, which I believe is what's needed to reach the so-called "1st HQ Tier" at which a 10% HQ rate is expected.

(*- I suppose a rare crafter might have 92 WW and 68 Alchemy, or 97 WW and 53 Alchemy, then use Guild items and Advanced Support to get to the 10% Tier. But that would be very odd.)

So, you're looking at an HQ rate of 1-2% ... a rate substantially lower than the break rate.

That said: I am WW 99 and Alchemy 59. I'd obviously have to get some sort of payment; and you'd want some sort of assurance, frankly, that I wouldn't dishonestly keep any HQs I were lucky enough to make. (The usual suggestion for dealing with the latter concern, is for you to be personally present during synth attempts. Which is fine with me.) Send me a /tell (Grommet) and remind me who you are, and let me know what you propose.
