OK so i want to do the Goobie Bag quest in Jueno but i cant get the lil goblin to give it to me. When i talk to him he tells me how nice it is to have a Goobie bag and when i trade him the 4 items he tells me i dont desirve it yet... So im figuring i dont have enough fame. Also i want to start the (level 20) Aviator battles soon.. so i need to bring up my fame, I have bastok fame no other fame anywhere else expect Jueno(BRD + BST quests) and Windy (SMN quest) also did the Tenshodo invite quest. so are there some easy or easily done quests i can do to incress my Jeuno fame?

What most people do is cabbage runs.
You load up your inventory with la theine cabbages and trade them in 5 per time. Name of the quest is "Only the Best" and started at Melyon in Selbina (I-9).
You can also trade in 3 Millioncorn or 1 Boyahda Moss, but cabbages is the cheapest you can do. You might have to do this a few times.
The quest raises fame in Bastok AND San d'Oria, which builds your fame in Jeuno again together with Windurst fame.

yeah millionscorn quest is a good quest for raiseing fame

wait for bastok to be in the lead (conquest) buy cornets at the music shop in bastok, trade to yoran-oran .. thats teh best your gonna do to get windy fame.. its cheap and easy
