Looking for a Link ShellFollow

Hello, I have recently started playing Final Fantasy XI again after a very long time. I have a lvl 25 RDM and a lvl 18 BLM which I am interested in taking one or both as my main jobs. My race is Taru.

I had a linkshell not too far in from starting. I was actually randomly given it almost (which set off a bunch of warnings in my mind). Well about 1-2 weeks later I determined that this LS was not for me. There wasn't much interaction. There wasn't much communication. There wasn't much of anything. There was however irrational fights between members that spammed the chat until eventually someone got mad and quit. There were people asking for help but when someone asked them for help they were quiet. These kind of things. Maybe I would of gotten help but I wanted to not be a bother for a bit before I even considered asking for anything.

It just wasn't what I was looking for. So I deleted it. Since then I am looking to try maybe other Linkshells. I am necessarily looking for one that will take me by the hand help me out all the time (however at my level I am sure I won't be able to contribute too much to the guild), but one where there are parties being formed, help coming for those that are doing missions, quests, etc. One that is positive and active.

Maybe one that is fairly large. I don't know. I do know that I would like to have people that can help me get better and eventually one day I can help them when they need it. I know if I want to become a better player I need to be around a community of veteran players. I am always open to constructive criticism and am a team player.

If anyone on here thinks they are in, or know of a linkshell that is active with a positive attitude I would like it if I may be considered to join it.
