World Pass requestFollow

I just came back. I played back at the US PC release and quit around the time Chains of Promathia came back. I started from scratch and got put on Lakshmi. I got to the dunes and there was hardly anyone there. I heard Ragnarok was a pretty heavily populated server, so any help would be great.
