hey how do i get to these regions, i looked at ffix-atlas and dont understand where i can get into theses places, i want to go to get my fire elemental... im a 31WAR/14MNK will i have problems getting to these regions?
You have to go to Zeruhn Mines in Bastok Mines and talk to Lasthenes so you can enter the Korolloka Tunnel.
Once in the tunnel, just keep heading forward untill you no longer can. At this point you will have reached fork with the choice of going left or right, go left and it will lead you into Eastern Altepa.
Keep in mind you will need sneak AND invis in the tunnel (slimes will aggro to sound, giants to sight).

ok cool man thanks for the info i would have never figured out i needed to go through the Zehurn mines....
You can also get fire weather in Valkurm Dunes (where I got it) or in Yhutunga/Yhoater jungle.
Also in Meriphataud mountains ^-^b kinda
