The best way to get this is to plop yourself down in SSG to find out for yourself. I killed Chary on Sunday afternoon but unforunately the large spawn window makes that ToD rather useless now.

Yeah, you Def. Want to Plop in the Zone and Idle for a ToD using the Conquest counter that happens every hour. The mob can be annoying to Fight, and the Window is fairly long. I've been @ that fight more times then I care to count :p
