Mission Linkshell?Follow

i've got a social linkshell which is alright, but a lot of the higher levels ended up moving on to Dynamis or CoP LS's. not many people get on anymore, so i'm searching for a rank mission oriented ls, to help newer players as well as progess my own rank. i'm in the process of leveling paladin to around forty or so, which is another fourteen levels from where i'm at now. i'm new to allakazham too, but any info would be much appreciated.
