Funny pink that you say that, because it becomes more obvious that you are part of the so called larger NA HNM's. To my knowledge Each and every single one of them has disbanded, reformed, disbanded, reformed, disbanded, reformed again, and some are on verge of disbanding again. That is why you see alot more HNMLS's pop up because they are tired of the ********* little kid games, playing favorites.

It doesn't take any bias at all to realize that like new businesses, many new HNM linkshells don't get off the ground. This is not a bad thing- it's just how it is. If each and every LS that formed in a given month stayed together for the rest of the game's lifespan, you'd have a bunch of tiny linkshells with stagnant membership unable to accomplish anything. An unsucessful shell experience can be just as instructional as a sucessful one. Those who have been burned know what to look out for, people get a taste of endgame experiences to see what activites they enjoy, maybe people even leave with trigger-gear like Rostrums and O-hats that are hard to get outside of a linkshell, and remember their "first" fondly when they've moved elsewhere. It is rude to come into a recruitment thread and point this out, but accepting the fact itself is not particularly mean-spirited.

And your knowledge, sir, is incorrect.

Haven't we been over this already? Stop spreading misinformation? Thanks.

So what if this linkshell never gets off the ground? It's not that easy espicially if you take any lvl 65 n00b who has no knowledge of HNM and other events. We all have to start somewhere.

Recruit 64 people and zerg NMs. That's the only way to go. Gravity + Bio II is your best friend.

Let people start HNM/Tu'lia LSes if they want, no need to try to put them down for that. If they're successful it's fine, if not then hopefully people at least got something out of the experience.

A lot of the disband/reforms are not what they appear to be. Sometimes the leaders leave the game and the shell needs to recreate itself for that reason. Other times, it's done to weed out people who quit and still have pearls who shouldn't. It's not usually because of they are breaking and reforming. There is usually a real reason behind and and the shell while a new name is the same people.

And while I commend anyone for wanting to try starting a new one, Alt is right, just like with a new business, the chances of success are low. It doesn't mean it's not going to happen and I wish them luck. But you need to be organized and have experienced people to help keep things going. While learning together can be fun, doing the same thing over and over and teaching new recruits every week can get draining and if people don't feel like they are making progress, they will often leave to join one of the more established shells. Doing sky the first few times is exciting, but sooner or later they are going to want to move onto other things, and sometimes the newer shells can't move on as quick as the person would like.

Henisha, I wish IceCream luck and good things. With hard work, even with the odds against new shells, you can still make it into something great.
