seems to me that it's hard to find party at this lvl and my friend told me that his friend had a manaburn set in B01 and got from 50-75 in 4 weeks with chain4-5 400+exp w/out ring.
beauty of it is u only need lvl 50gears and can get cheap 75gears right away.. so if any blm and brd interested to set night time EST plz let me know (my in game name is Mila)
p.s. must be lvl 50+ with Riverne-site#B01

from 50-75 at any level cap area your xp is cut in half unless you merit. So there is no way you can gain 400xp on chain 4/5. Highest I got was 120ish on IT in there on chain 2.

ic, thank you for the info. but then again maybe he meant as lvl 50ish they got that kind of chain exp. however if they went from 50-75 in 4weeks i still think it's worth a try and exp ring is always nice to have as well ^.~

The problem with this is, while you gain exp pretty quickly, your skills stay capped at level 50.
So.. you'd be a level 75 BLM with ~150 elemental magic skill, you know what that means. It's good if you capped skills on another job though.

What they mean is before you can't chaing cause in reality they are TWBW to you now they are base on level cap so you can check base on cap con.
Example:
Pre-patch in merit I will always get 200xp with no chain bonus.
Post-patch in merit I will get 200xp and any following chain mob will get xp bonus.
This still does not change the fact you get half the xp if you go above 50.
Crafterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr is right. I just went through Riv Site A, and I was on merits getting 2x as much as the people who were getting exp. Oh man I got so much from the cloud hippogryphs it was insane. So easy to kill and chain 1 250 (no ring) merit points on some.

ok, i had a manaburn there today and i see what ppl r saying
basicly as lvl 52 w/out ring i get around 150-200 exp and for someone w/lvl 66 his exp got cut 1/3 i think
so maybe not the best idea.. but still had fun ^~^
and ya.. gonna try to cape the magic skill again now =P
