Rehn aka Kaga, I made around 150 of these or more from 58-68, but I stopped at 68, tigerfangs from 68-78 and moved onto sanity rings and reraise stuff until level 82, then the nightmare begins. Cheapest way I went from 82-87 was coral bangles which alone costed me 2mil, get with me when u hit 87, I'll help you past that to 96 where I sit now.
Edited: because morons think they are all that and are jealous....like below. And btw, there is a guide right there, from 58-87 cheapest way u can go too...
