Pitchfork: First of all go to Bastok Markets(I don't know the other cities). Get a partner and then find two Trick NPCs; The Trick Specter and Trick Ghost. One of you follow the Ghost, one of you the Specter. Trade a sweet(any sweet) to your NPC and run to the Bomb decoration at area j-10.
If you did this right, the person who followed Specter should become a ghost, and the person who followed ghost should become a hound(This could be reversed, but it doesn't matter. Find Specter and ghost). If you get under the decoration(directly under) you should both recieve the following message:
