Just wondering what happened the other day. I was in the party where you d/c, and then came back on, but warped back to jeuno and did a BC instead. Which left 5 of us up in sky with no tank, and disbanded after waiting forever.

Yeah i figured since he wouldn't reply in game, he could just let us know here, but it seems someone didn't like the topic. Anyway, maybe we'll find out.

Edit: On second thoughts.. Why didn't you just call this thread "Trying to give Conno a bad name before I even know what the hell happened, and jumping to stupid conclusive assumptions and posting stressy topics on a public forum like this to try draw attention to myself" - Granted it wouldn't fit, but similarly, the suggested topic is fitting, isnt it?

Original Reply: It was last week. I got disconnected due to my ISP upgrading it's network for upcoming speed increases (blueyonder.co.uk). After 20-30 minutes I got back on, I was lagged out totally, under which circumstances tanking in an exp party wouldn't have worked out.

I warped back to Jeuno and an hour or so later did a KS30.

I love the way you imply with "instead" that I did it purposely. Good touch.

Hope there are no hard feelings. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. It wasn't intentional.

Edit2: Thanks for rate downs, I love you <3

It would have been nice if you could have responded to a /t and let us know what was going on when we asked. Otherwise how are we to know? Which is why I asked in this thread (saw you post on another thread). I really couldn't have asked it any other way, since you never responded to /ts.

If I wanted to give you a bad name, my post wouldn't have been so nice, and alla isn't really the place where player names get ruined.

Btw are you the one doing vanaguide, or are you just linking to the person? It looks pretty interesting.

They started upgrading the network in my area. Speeds are yet to be increased though. Looks like we'll be one of the first to get new shiney 10mb :3

Yes, I'm coding Vana'Guide. It should of been out last month, but alas I started again from scratch. Tip for developers: Don't start programming an application without a plan, you hit one small hitch, and theres no walk around, it screws up three months of development ^.^

That's spiffy, I had lost my bookmark til you posted in this thread. Strange how things work out. If you still need some people for data entry let me know. I'm about finished with my programming degree as well :D

I can't remember exactly what I read, but you are coding it so that it will link back to a central database (you have 2 listed on your site) and pull the info from there? Are you using mysql, or something else for that? Anyway, I'm interested in checking this out sooner or later :P

/t me in game or email me or something.

p.s. You spelled "community" "connunity" on the news post on your page. Maybe that was just a clever way to combine Conno and community though lol.

Vana'Guide client will pull data via a custom protocol from a backend server, which has it's own database system. It's a pain in the ***. I'll talk to you on game about it some time.
