Mega Pumps: Can you use these? (Cheap!)Follow

I'm at the stage of Woodworking (79-84) during which I will be making literally THOUSANDS of Mega Pumps. ... for which I have little use.

They sell on AH Jeuno (only), for 30k usually it seems, but move slowly. SO:

If you can use these, please let me know. I can save you tons of gil vs. AH prices (while still doing better for myself than NPC-dumping them).

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe they are simply a higher-level version of the various Pumps that you put in your Ammo slot **when** you have certain special weapons equipped. Hydro Axe, for example, is a low level weapon that does added Water damage when you have a pump equipped.

I assume that Mega pumps do more than Kilo pumps, etc. ... but see, I never leveled any melee jobs (yet), so I've never had occasion to USE any pump-enabled weapons.

The synth is complicated (well, compared to most in WW, anyway; I doubt I'd get sympathy from Cooking folks) in that it has six ingredients, and because THEIR prices vary, it's hard to say what my cost is. Over 10k, anyway, which is more than what I can get by dumping them.

But look at it this way, if you're interested in using the pumps:

I HAVE to make them. They're GONNA get made, albeit sporadically to be sure, whether people want 'em or not.

They do sell occasionally on AH for ~30k, but not at the rate I'll be making them. (Perhaps an average of 1-2 stacks per week? Don't remember.)

So my options are,
1. AH a few for 30k;
2. Hopefully sell all I can "directly," at some discounted price;
3. DUMP TO NPC.

If you want to give these a try, I can sell them for 12k instead of the 30k that they (rarely) go for on AH. I'll recoup my costs, and you can sample these things to see if you want more. (And if you do, I can sell for 12k then too.) Let me know^^ I'll be making them on and off for several weeks, until I hit 84 WW, and I'm 79.4 now.

I would be happy to make you some Hydro Claws if you'd like. ^^
I seem to recall they sell for 10k at the AH, I can sell them for 8k if you'd like a pair.

Gosh, I have no idea ... there are Mega pumps, Kilo pumps, and lower pumps. Hydro-? These are the first pumps of any kind I'v made.

If you can't use them, I'm happy to take them back. Sorry, thought you knew the level requirements and whatnot.
