Hello, I was just wondering if any fishers would be interested in making a contract with me. I need gavial fish - LOTS of them - and I would like to buy them for AH price of 4k each. The optimal way I'd like to do it is to tag along and buy the fish as you catch them - that way my bonecrafter can desynth into (hopefully) HQ pugil scales for use in my journey from 96-100.
If this sounds good to you, send me a /tell ingame, I play as Majestic and my bonecrafter's name is Kasandra. If I'm not online feel free to catch as many as you can, and I'll happily buy them the next time I'm online (I'm on nearly every day). What level fishing? You may want to contact Grommet. He's a fishing addict.
Not sure of the actual skill cap, but by comments I've read I think it's 60+.

Gavial caps at 88 fishing and are'nt very good biters from what i've heard.
You may want to contact Leofwine, his fishing is 77 atm and he fishes like 3-4 hrs a day..total freak at fishing. He is always ******** because not enough AH room for things to sell.

I can catch Gavials; best spot seems to be at the base of the Drachenfall (meaning, ya gotta walk allllll the way through the Dangruf Wadi).
You're right that just about the only time they're fished, though, is with an eye to making HQ Pugil Scales by high-end Bonesters.

I remember being able to buy gavial fish in windurst, check it out. :o
Gavials occasionally (i.e., not often) appear in the list of available items sold by Babubu, the Guild Salesclerk. But even when they do, they are over 7000g each:

Best spot to fish Gavial is Gusgen Mines, at the ponds where those weird NM Ghosts spawn :)

Damn Majestic, guess you left an old HNM LS that loves to have trolls. You ask for help and you get rated down, just like every other person. I'll start a thread asking for help and watch my rating go way down.
Just look at any post I make, the trolls will come rate it down...lol I make a post that I am quiting and my rating goes through the roof.

Unc- i rated your 'goodbye' post up because I'm familiar with the Friday joke threads on the main forum & thought it was funny... not because I seriously thought you were leaving... that's one of the few posts of yours i've ever rated.
Why do you think its our LS? I was one of the people who rated majestic up to scholar status in the first place. Only a couple members even come here, I doubt they make it a point to 'troll' every post you make. You can't rate a post more than once, so it would have taken several people rating several posts down to knock majestic out of 'scholar' rating.
