FFXI messenger/chat program for pt gatheringFollow

I really enjoy playing FFXI and specially PTing
with fun people who wants to enjoy the game.

The thing is that I waste alot of time
searching/making/waiting pts,Specially long
time pts. For a person who works on PC with internet ,I
wish I could be informed with the people who plans
to do pts in specific levels & time of the day.

So I was wondering is there a site/program/BBS/fourm
that can offer a way of information exchange between
us (the players) with out loggin on to FFXI?
