I know this is not a new subject and everyone has heard it before. But I have had my first tast of this. I was camping JEJ and had to stand there and watch as he spawned already claimed and the player who claimed him spawn right next to him. I know SE has made some small steps to stop gil sellers but at least give those of us who play by the rules a fighting chance against them. I am sorry for the rant but SE needs to step up and do something about this. Honest players can not even enjoy the game.
no offense, how do you know they are botting? they could have a fast connection and it spawned next to them...
They should also stop the sale of accounts, shouldn't they Tetsu.
Your right I have no way of being 100percent about it which is why I didn't post the player's name as I didn't want to turn this into a war between players. But it is not hard to tell when a NM spawn's already claimed and the player who claimed it was over twice the distance away and yet you do not see them move at all only just suddenly appear right next to the mob. Plus you would normally see the name of the mob in yellow for at least one sec while they are claiming it. When JEJ popped his name was never in yellow.

There is a bot that teleports the user right to the nm before it spawns.

I'm hoping that SE is banning people who use the Teleport Hack, but are not relying on player reports to corner those guilty.
I was camping Lizzy recently, and saw another camper who would 'warp' about twenty feet and then stop. I figured it was lag, and since neither of us got claim on Lizzy, so I'm guessing it was. That, or the person was able to warp, just not good at it. Just remember that not everyone has a fast connection, lag happens, and it IS possible for someone to outclaim you without using hacks. Some times the server pays more attention to the worm who just dug himself a new hole than a player who's walking around.
Also take note that Steal/Provoke/other Job Abilities take effect immediately. So if they saw JEJ pop and had been spamming a /ja Provoke <stnpc> macro, chances are that they'll have the claim before your eyes register the color of the name.
Thank you for not posting names, as I'm sure you know this is a community-based game and reputation is very important.
In the future, good luck on JEJ and other Notorious Monsters. Luck plays a heavy factor in this game, and a newbie who has a monster right in front of them has a better chance of claiming than a self-proclaimed master who needs to take a step or two to get into claiming range.

They should also give out free cheese and crackers when we sign on, I mean REALLY! SE totally sucks at making games, I think I could do it alot better. It's like they want us to play on an empty stomach, they're just ruining my life! Thanks to this game my dog has developed kanine leukimia, my daughter wrecked her car and my wife thinks I was sexier 5 years ago. They really need to step up here, I'm also better at programming than they are and I think I twould be easy to program a cheese and cracker dipenser into the game.
