yes this is the usual for every update this big, but once you get on you'll have a lot of fun. If you just got the game yesterday, please read the manual. It will save you a lot of headaches.

Actually if he just got the game and this was his first try at installing, he's having a nightmare time...remember he has to get ALL the new and ALL the previous.
