After almost 2 years of smashing gobs, yags, orcs, and quads I've decided to retire as a adventurer. I hung up my AF, and got rid of the rest of my gear and gil.
Just wanted to say bye to anyone that I didn't catch in-game.

FFXI is not a game for dads, at least dads of kids who are old enough to want stories and church and soccer games. And being a dad is a lot more fun (albeit a hell of a lot more work). As much as we need you, your young'uns need your hours of attention, help and guidance far more.

I am still around (to those of you who haven'r noticed), but I only come on to craft and chat. I may go back to actually playing some day, but I'm not sure when if ever. I missed my friends on here. That I beleive why most ppl don't quit. I was gone for about a week and missed some ppl. so I'm back for now.

I've seen you selling your wares in Ru Lude, Sturg. It was a good idea to just stop leveling and craft and chat. I took a break back in the end of '04 to play WoW. After deciding WoW was easy and unfulfilling, I came back to FFXI to craft and level lightly. I hope everything works out for you!
